If ETG is available in Japan, you may hear about issues over there. I've only had a problem with ETG when using the ELECOM gamepad. I guess ETG has a problem with the Japanese ELECOM gamepad model# JC-U3613M. I tried it with ETG and it works with no issues. I've been wanting to buy a Logitech F310 gamepad for awhile and it was on sale today for $19.99. I solved the problem by buying a new gamepad, LOL. The buttons work one time after I resume the game from the pause menu. When I resumed the game, the A button worked one time and didn't respond after that. If you take a look in your install directory, you should see a number of DLLs. DodgeRollRubel: 10 seconds? Wow, that's a huge discrepancy, and I'm not sure where it would be coming from.
