After starting Decypher Technologies (recognized as Best IT firm in Colorado in 2020 & 2021) Farr was fed up with the other Internet Service Providers providing sub-par customer service and the poor quality of internet being delivered to locations off the beaten path. Twenty years later Farr is continuing to pioneer technology services to improve the lives of the communities where he has spent so much time. Farr Shepherd moved to Colorado after being recruited for a technical job after graduating from a Midwest University.
